Bite Bakery: playing with the new typeface

Playing around with the new typeface,except for some reason the extended crossbar of the 't' isn't showing up in any of these so, we'll just pretend, shall we? I'm still not decided on whether I want the bite to be taken out of the letter form or out of the shape around it just yet. I'm leaning more towards the shape.
